Apprenticeship Standard Customer Service - Customer Service Practitionerr - Level 2

During your apprenticeship, you will study one full day every other week in College. Your Lecturer will also visit you in your workplace to help you complete the competance elements of your apprenticeship programme. You will build a portfolio of evidence and an Individual Learning Plan will guide you through the units with support and feedback from your Lecturer. Action plans will also be drawn up to advise you on what type of evidence to collect. An end point assessment will be required to complete your apprenticeship.
