Advanced Apprenticeship Children and Young People's Workforce - Early Years Educator - Level 3
Apprenticeships are training programmes for learners aged 16 plus who have left education or are already in employment. Apprentices will attend college one day each week or may receive training in the workplace as well as attending maths, English and/or ICT in college as necessary, to achieve the framework. Initial assessment and diagnostic testing is carried out prior to enrolment. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.

This Level 2 modular course is designed for those wishing to gain the skills and qualification needed to work with children in day nurseries, schools or playgroups. The course involves attending college for 3 days a week and a childcare setting for 2 days a week.
This course will prepare you for working with children by providing underpinning knowledge and practical experience. The qualification is well recognised and respected in the work place.
